When Are Sales Updated?
Your Seller Portal is not updated in real time.
GCOS processes sales and loads Buyer Tags periodically throughout Shopping Week.
Your portal reflects the most recent completed update, so an item may have sold before it appears in your Sold Items list.
Understanding Your Estimated Earnings
During Shopping Week, Estimated Earnings are calculated using the base seller percentage of 65%.
If you bring all of your sold items to Sold Item Drop-Off, your seller percentage increases to 70%.
Estimated Earnings are not your final payout. Additional bonuses and any applicable adjustments are calculated after the sale.
💡 GCOS Pro Tip
Keep track of your sold items as they appear in your portal. Locating them throughout Shopping Week can make preparing for drop-off easier—and bringing every sold item helps protect your seller percentage.
Finding Your Items in the Online Store
The online store periodically rotates the order in which items appear. Browsing a category or searching by Seller ID may not display every one of your listings at once. This does not mean an item is missing from the sale.
To check a specific listing, search the online store using its SKU.
To confirm which items have sold, check the Sold Items tab in your Seller Portal after GCOS processes the next sales update.
Changes to Locked & Loaded Items
Once an item is Locked & Loaded, do not edit it or change its Status in your inventory.
If you need to correct, update or remove an item, submit a Locked & Loaded Item Change Request through your Seller Portal.
Requests are not immediate. During inventory loading, requests are recorded and processed after all inventory has been loaded. Time-sensitive changes may be made in the online store before they appear in your Seller Portal.
If an item sells before a removal request is completed, you are still responsible for providing it.
For full instructions, visit Preparing for Shopping Week.
Did My Item Sell at Full Price or Half Price?
Your Final Seller Report will show the actual selling price of each item, including whether it sold at full price or half price.
This report is prepared after the sale and all post sale processing are complete. It will be added to your Seller Portal with your seller payment information.
