Seller Payments & Final Sold Item Report
Once shopper pickup is complete, we get to work finalizing seller accounts. This includes processing returns, confirming final earnings, and preparing your Sold Item Report and payment.
When Will I Be Paid?
Seller payments are issued within 10 days after shopper pickup ends. We typically complete payments sooner, but this window gives us time to process returns and make sure your final payment is accurate.
Your payment will be sent by Deluxe eCheck to the email address on file in your Seller Account.
Watch for an email with a subject line beginning:
“Here’s Your Check From Growing Cents of Style”
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
How Is My Final Payment Calculated?
Your final payment starts with your Gross Sales, less any returned items. Your final seller percentage is then applied to your adjusted sales.
Depending on your participation and sale results, your seller percentage may include:
-
65% Base Seller Percentage
-
70% when all sold items are brought to drop-off
-
+2% Perfect Sale Bonus when there are no disqualifying returns or missing items
-
+10% Partner Shift Bonus
-
Any additional applicable fees are deducted after your seller percentage is calculated. This may include return related fees or a Drop & Roll fee when there are not enough Centsible Rewards available to cover it.
Your payment information will include a breakdown of your Gross Sales, number of returns, return dollars deducted, seller percentage, applicable fees, and final payment amount.
Your Final Sold Item Report
A detailed Sold Item Report will also be added to your Seller Portal.
Your report provides a complete record of your sale, including:
-
Every item sold
-
The price each item sold for, including whether it sold at full price or half price
-
Any items that were returned
-
The reason for each return
Together, your Sold Item Report and payment breakdown give you the full picture of your final sale results.
Printing Your eCheck — Please Read Before Opening It
Your Deluxe eCheck can be printed at home and deposited just like a regular check.
Wait until you are ready to actually print your check before selecting the print option. Once a check has been accessed for printing, its banking information is cleared afterward as a security measure so the same check cannot be printed multiple times.
If you select Print but don’t actually print the check, you may not be able to simply go back and print it again.
If you experience a printing problem, please contact us so we can help.
Don’t Forget to Print & Cash Your Check!
Your eCheck must be printed within 90 days or it will expire. Once printed, please deposit or cash your check promptly.
If a check needs to be reissued because it was lost, expired, or not cashed in time, a $5 reissue fee applies.
The reissue fee does not apply when there is a printing issue or your bank is unable to process the check.
What Happens to My Inventory After the Sale?
Your Seller Portal stays open between sales.
-
Sold items are removed from your inventory.
-
Unsold items move to Inactive Inventory. You can edit these items or submit requests to delete items you no longer plan to sell.
-
New items can be added anytime. Simply list them as Save for Next Sale while registration is closed.
-
When registration opens for the next sale, register for the new event and then move the inventory you want to include to Ready for Import.
Your Seller Portal will remain available between events, giving you plenty of time to clean up existing inventory, make changes, and start adding new items at your own pace.
