The 10-Second Listing Check

Before marking an item Ready for Import, ask yourself:

✔ Is the photo clear and well-lit?

✔ Did I choose the correct Category and Size?

✔ Is the Brand spelled correctly?

✔ Does the Description clearly identify the item?

✔ Is the price accurate?

✔ Did I select the correct Half Price option?

✔ Did I add any appropriate Specialty Tags?

If the answer is yes to each question, your item is ready!

What Happens Next?

Once your items are marked Ready for Import, the GCOS Admin Team begins reviewing and importing inventory into the online store.

Items are imported in rolling batches, so it's completely normal for some items to become Locked & Loaded before others.

Please don't worry if all of your inventory doesn't update at the same time—we'll continue importing items until the process is complete.

Need to Make a Change?

If your item has not been Locked & Loaded yet, simply make your changes and return the item to Ready for Import.

If your item is already Locked & Loaded, changes made in the Seller Portal will not update in the online store.

To make changes to a live item, submit a Change Request through the Seller Portal. The GCOS Admin Team will process your request as quickly as possible.

Don't wait until the last day.

Completing your inventory early gives you time to review your listings, make corrections, and avoid the last-minute rush before the inventory deadline.

Finished entering all of your inventory?

If you're entering a large number of items, email the GCOS Admin Team once everything is complete. We can update all of your completed listings to Ready for Import with one bulk update.
