Understanding Inventory Statuses
Every item in your inventory has a Status that shows where it is in the listing process.
Most statuses simply tell you what stage your item is in. Others let you know that a correction is needed before your item can be imported into the online store.

What each inventory status means
-
When action is required
-
How to resolve common Admin Statuses
Inventory in Progress
What It Means
Your listing is still being created or edited.
What You Should Do
Finish your listing, then change the status to Ready for Import.
Ready for Import
What It Means
Your listing is complete and ready to be imported into the online store.
What You Should Do
Review your listing, then change the status to Ready for Import.
Entering a large number of items?
Once all of your listings are complete, simply email the GCOS Admin Team. We can update all completed listings to Ready for Import in one bulk update.
Locked & Loaded
What It Means
Your item has been successfully imported into the online store.
What You Should Do
No action is required.
Inventory is imported in rolling batches, so it's normal for some items to become Locked & Loaded before others.
Once an item is Locked & Loaded, edits made in the Seller Portal will not update the online store. If you need to change or remove a live item, submit a Change Request through the Seller Portal.

Minimum Price Must Be $4.00
