CHANGES TO THE PRESALE Changes have been made to Group #1. It has been a benefit to our consignors that we have always sorted unsold items following the sale on Sunday. As we continue to grow we are looking to make this process run more smoothly. For this to happen we need as much help as possible with sorting. Sorting Shifts are Sunday, March 11th from 1-4pm, 2-5pm and 4-7pm. To gain entrance to the Presale with Group #1 at least one of your work shifts must be sort shift. There is no additional sale earnings for those consignors working a second work shift. The added incentive is earliest entrance to the sale. Group #1 THURSDAY, March 8th Entrance Begins at 4:00pm Consignors who also work TWO 3 hour work shifts (one of these shifts must be a Sunday Sort Shift) Volunteers who work THREE 3 hour work shifts (one of these shifts must be a Sunday Sort Shift) Group #2 THURSDAY, March 8th Entrance Begins at 5:00pm Consignors who also work ONE 3 hour work shift Volunteers who work TWO 3 hour work shifts Group #3 FRIDAY, March 9th Entrance Begins at 4:30pm Consignors who do not work a work shift Volunteers who work ONE 3 hour work shift Groups 1, 2 & 3 will also be able to gain early entrance to the 1/2 price sale on Sunday from 9am - 10am. Group #3 Entrance Begins at 5:30pm New Mom Presale Open to those women who are expecting or have a baby 4 months old or less. Registration required. Click here to register for your free pass. ITEM PICKUP FOR UNSOLD ITEMS Consignors who do not work a sort shift may pick up their unsold items on Monday, March 12th at the sale site. Pick up times are as follows: Last Name A-F pickup 9:30am-10:00am Last Name G-L pickup 10:00 am - 10:30am Last Name M-R pickup 10:30am - 11:00am Last Name S-Z pickup 11:00am - 11:30am ITEM LIMITS & EXPANDED BRANDS NOT ACCEPTED LIST We pride ourselves on offering the best in boutique and designer consignment clothing for children. We have added an extensive list of Brands Not Accepted to help consignors as they prepare their items. This list will be used at the drop off appointments to ensure sale guidelines are being met. In an effort to allow more participants and an even better range of items at our sale consignors will be limited to their 100 best items. As always, multiple items can be bundled together under one item number. |
