We are now accepting children's/youth sport equipment. Get out those old skis, tennis rackets, golf clubs, baseball mitts, etc and add them to your inventory! We will also be accepting soccer cleats, baseball shoes, golf shoes, ski boots, etc. Please make sure all items are well cleaned before bringing them to the sale. Shoes/cleats should all be washed and then air dried.
How are prices determined? Prices are set by the consignor. We suggest prices 20-35% of the original retail price. Larger sizes tend to sell at the higher end and smaller sizes tend to sell on the lower end of this range. Put together outfits when possible as they will sell better than separates. Please check out our pricing guidelines for additional recommendations.
Clothes do not need to be pressed but they will often sell better if they are. All clothing should be freshly laundered. All gear must be clean and in good working order with all parts present. Please include instruction manuals when possible.
How do I get my items to you? Registered consignors will sign up for a drop off appointment. We will have both day and evening drop off appointments for the week prior to the sale. Drop off appointments may not be during your workshift.
What do I need to bring with me to my drop off appointment? 1. Bring all of your items freshly laundered (preferably pressed) with the hanger opening facing left and have the tags safety pinned to the inside garment tag. Please do not use straight pins or staples. 2. A copy of your inventory log. 3. Make sure you allocate enough time following item check in to put your items out on the sales floor. Workers, when available, will help with this process. 4. To expedite the process of putting out your items we recommend that your sort your clothing by gender and size prior to coming to your drop off appointment. They do not need to be in inventory number order.
When will I receive my check? Checks for sold items are mailed within two weeks after the close of the sale.
Are strollers allowed in the sale? Due to the larger number of shoppers we do not allow any strollers at the presale. If possible we ask that you leave strollers at home during public sale hours due to space limitations.
What type of payment do you accept? We accept cash and visa/mastercard. There is a $20 minimum on all credit card sales. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
