What can I sell at the sale?

We accept boutique and designer clothing (newborn-size 16), shoes, accessories, baby gear, toys, and women's designer handbags. We also accept children's/youth sport equipment (skis, tennis rackets, golf clubs, baseball mitts, soccer cleats, baseball shoes, golf shoes, ski boots, etc). Please make sure all items are well cleaned before bringing them to the sale. Shoes/cleats can all be washed in the washing machine and then air dried.

What items are not acceptable to sell?

We do not or any clothing with stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, etc. We do not accept cribs, crib bumpers, bathtubs, changing tables or gliders. Please see our list of brands and items not accepted for a complete list.

How are prices determined?

Prices are set by the consignor. We suggest prices 20-35% of the original retail price. Larger sizes tend to sell at the higher end and smaller sizes tend to sell on the lower end of this range. Put together outfits when possible as they will sell better than separates. Please check out our pricing guidelines for additional recommendations.

How do I get my items to you?

Registered consignors will sign up for a drop off appointment. We will have both day and evening drop off appointments for the week prior to the sale. Drop off appointments may not be during your Partner Shift. Please refer to the drop-off section of the Consignor Guidelines.

What do I need to bring with me to my drop off appointment?

Are strollers allowed in the sale?

We must ask that you leave strollers at home due to the gym floor at the Canlan Sportsplex. No strollers is preferred.

When will I receive my check?

Checks for sold items are available when you pick up your unsold items.  Checks not picked up will be mailed within two weeks after the close of the sale.

ONLINE EVENTS:  Consignor payouts will be made through Deluxe Check and be received via email within 2 weeks of the event.  

What type of payment do you accept?

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS. $20 minimum on charge cards.

Can I bring children with me during a Partner Shift?

No, unfortunately we can not allow children to be with you during your Partner Shift.
